The sweet savory taste

That is pork buns. Sorry the photo doesn't do it justice but I.LOVE.THEM. I discover them at the local bakery Breadtop, introduced it to Nite and the rest is history. We both can't resist it. Unfortunately my butt gets bigger on each bite where else Nite still look the same.

Anyhow one day I introduced it to Bits and his verdict is No More Darling....his taste buds cannot resolve sweet, salty and savory in a bite. I told him it's one of the best snacks, however, if he doesn't like it I am not going to waste it on him.

Time past and one day he introduced this to me. I was skeptical at first and he mistaken my hesitation having something to do with chocolates making people fat. Foolish Bits, as if I ever let that reason stop me from eating. I just dislike chocolate period, he explained that this is dark chocolate and it's not fat nor sweet bla bla bla. So I relented since he tasted the pork buns.

Bite the bullet and OH YUM YUM YUM, it is actually very nice. It is salty savory with hint of underlying sweetness. Of course I asked Bits, how come he eats this and not the pork buns. He said, well after tasting this, he realized the pork buns are actually tasty. It is the same concept. He can accept it now and said he won't mind if I give him more pork buns.

I dunno what magic this bar of chocolate has as to date I have already consume at least 5 bars of it. I even have a bar in the office.

Now I have sore throat and had to force self to stop. Still can't figure out the magic that converts Bits into liking pork buns and me into a choc addict.
